ARE YOUR TEACHERS CERTIFIED?
Our teachers have either ACSI or state certification.
WHAT IS ACSI?
ACSI stands for the Association of Christian Schools International. We are members of this great organization that exists to benefit and encourage Christ centered schools.

WHAT IS YOUR STUDENT TO TEACHER RATIO?
Elementary classes have a current teacher-student ratio of 20:1. Junior and Senior High classes 15:1.
DO YOU TEACH BIBLE CLASSES?
Every student has Bible every day at NLCA, from preschool to high school seniors. Elementary Bible classes engage students in learning life lessons from God’s Word, as well as studying the life of Christ and the stories of Bible characters. Junior high students (6-8) take a Bible survey course, completing the entire Bible by the end of 8th grade. High school students take more academic courses, such as Basic Theology and Apologetics. WHAT SPORTS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer girls varsity volleyball, soccer and basketball (beginning as soon as 8th grade) and girls jr high volleyball and basketball. We offer boys varsity cross country and basketball (beginning as soon as 8th grade) and boys jr high basketball. Other sports may be offered in the future depending upon interest and coaching availability.
WHAT TYPE OF FINE ARTS DO YOU OFFER?
We believe that the Arts are a wonderful gift from God and we challenge our students to use those gifts for His glory! We offer vocal music, band, and drama classes, as well as hands on art classes for our students.
